In some cases, it is illegal to import vehicles from country to country, and vehicles manufactured for sale in one country or state cannot be registered in another.
If a vehicle's Vehicle Identification Number has not been approved for sale in a state or country at the time of manufacture, we cannot provide any parts, calibration or documentation to alter the as-manufactured state of the vehicle.
