GET TO KNOW OUR WOMEN RIDERS

Porsche T.
Porsche Taylor, founder of Black Girls Ride, the groundbreaking women's riding organization and magazine, focusing on rider education and celebrating women of color in powersports. Her favorite aspect of the Slingshot community is how people come from different backgrounds, but all share the same love for Slingshot so the community truly feels like a family.

Danna F.
Danna's been part of the Slingshot community since 2015 and is still hitting the open road in that same Slingshot. She blends her passion of fundraising for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation with Slingshot to bring joy and the thrill of the open road to everyone she meets.

Gretchen B.
Being part of the Slingshot community gives Gretchen the chance to connect with others. She shares it with everyone who asks. She even has a guest book that she has people sign whenever they take a ride that's accumulated over 300 signatures.

Alma G.
Alma loves her Slingshot because it represents her seeing herself as a queen. After having triple bypass surgery in 2020, she's proved to herself she's not only a queen, but a conqueror. The wind therapy Slingshot provides gives her life.
International Female Ride Day (Journée internationale de la conduite au féminin)
As women's participation in the Slingshot community has continued to grow, Slingshot continues to celebrate International Female Ride Day (IFRD) to raise awareness and respect for women in the powersports industry, highlighting those who ride and encouraging others to join in the community. IFRD emphasizes the goal of including and encouraging new women to ride while shining a light on the diverse participation of women already engaging in riding. Head on over to your local dealer every May to join their IFRD celebrations.
