The Race Of Champions is an annual contest that has been held for more than 25 years. It brings together the world’s greatest drivers from all of major motorsports – including Formula 1, NASCAR, IndyCar, Le Mans, MotoGP, Touring Cars, World Rally and action sports – setting them free to battle head-to-head in identical machinery. On January 21st & 22nd, the United States hosted the ROC, a first in the contest’s history, in Miami at Marlins Park. This year’s competitors included four-time Formula 1 world champion Sebastian Vettel, Indianapolis 500 winners Juan Pablo Montoya, Ryan Hunter-Reay, Tony Kanaan and Alexander Rossi and action sports greats Travis Pastrana and Scott Speed. The Slingshot SLR was the very first 3-wheeled roadster to compete in the event's history and it is also the only vehicle in the race that consumers can actually purchase.
