To replace a fuse on your model year 2019 and older Slingshot, first find the fuse box. The fuse box (1) is located under the hood near the brake fluid reservoir. The three main system fuses are located in the battery compartment.
Replace a fuse by following these steps:
1. Open the hood.
2. Squeeze the fuse box cover tabs (2) inward and remove the cover.
3. Use the fuse puller provided in the tool kit to remove the spent fuse. Always use the recommended fuse to prevent electrical system damage. Refer to the label on the fuse box cover.
4. Install the new fuse.
5. Reinstall the fuse box cover.
